I really enjoyed the Challenge Fit Club workouts because of the simplicity and versatility of the workouts. For the majority of the workouts you don’t need a lot of equipment and when a workout calls for something that you don’t have you can simply modify it to be without equipment. I needed very little space to do these workouts so I could do them at home or anywhere quite easily.
I really enjoyed the challenge of competing with myself each week and getting progressively stronger and fitter as I worked through the workouts in each module. I’ve noticed big improvements in my strength and endurance from these workouts. I can easily bang out 10 pullups now and I have more endurance and speed during my trail running and other recreational activities.

The challenge workouts have been a godsend to me. It’s been so long since I’ve been able to stick with a workout program due to all kinds of life changes, challenges, and traveling. Basically, I had what I thought was a pretty valid excuse for having no time / place / situation to exercise.

Question: I’m just a beginner. Will this program be too hard for me?
