What’s the Warrior Warm Up?

When I was in Vegas I got to hang out with a friend, Tyler Bramlett. He opened my eyes to some cool things regarding warm ups. I asked him some questions in the interview below and he tells us how he came about creating a cool program…

Naturally I was curious as to how these movement progressions worked. Tyler took me through one of them in the middle of the lobby in the Bellagio in Vegas (hey, there are a lot of weird things going on in Vegas, certainly a girl doing a handstand can’t be that strange ;))

Okay, so I’m no gymnast, but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to move from one progression to the next, I can see how, with a little practice this would be a cool way to develop strength, balance and get warmed up for my workout to come.

Tyler has a wealth of knowledge regarding movement progressions. You can check out a cool guest blog post he did for me here. His program is pretty cool, one that’s worth taking a look at in fact. You can check it out HERE.

His videos lay out step-by-step progressions for you to use that only take 15 minutes to do. They’re great progressions and cover lots of ground, training the legs, back, arms and really everything. I’ve been following the system myself in the mornings in order to wake up my body.

It’s a short but effective routine you can use daily.

The videos here aren’t professionally filmed. But, I always like to tell people that if you want professional quality video with lousy information you can go buy any number of flashy infomercial type videos. With The Warrior Warm Up you get top quality information laid out for you in a step-by-step plan for a good price.

If you’re looking to move better, improve flexibility, reduce your chance of getting injured and feel better in only 15 minutes, then this is a great place to start.
