Here’s a quick and nasty one for you. It’s a full body workout that will have you hot and bothered in no time flat. Well, not exactly ‘no time’…after your warm up and a bit of a cool down, you’ll be done in 20 minutes tops.

Who doesn’t have 20 minutes to spare?

This is an AMRAP set (as many rounds as possible). Set your timer and do as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes:

  • 15 push ups
  • 10 squats with your bodyweight on the bar (or as much as you can, use DB’s at your shoulders if you don’t have a bar…)
  • 5 pull ups

My results: 5 rounds  in 10 minutes (I got the push ups done on round 6 but I ran out of time to complete the squats and the pull ups)

I started off at about 1:30 per round, but slowed down near the end.
